Individual Giving and Campaigns Manager (part-time)

Are you passionate about the transformative power of group music-making? Do you have skills in relationship-building and delivering meaningful, youth-led campaigns and events? Orchestras for All (OFA) is looking an ambitious, creative and person-centred Individual Giving and Campaigns Manager to help drive forward our work with donors. 

This vital new role will lead on the delivery and growth of our individual giving programme and events for stakeholders who support us to deliver our mission. Day to day, you will blend creativity, strategy and relationship management into our dedicated, passionate team driving positive change for music education. 

OFA welcomes applications from across the UK. We especially encourage individuals with backgrounds and life experiences similar to the young people we support to apply, particularly those who are underrepresented in our team and the wider orchestral sector. Location: Remote, UK wide 

Contract: Part-time, fixed term contract for 24-months with the potential to extend. 

Salary: £33,507 annual salary (£20,104 pro rata). All travel, accommodation and subsistence (food and drink) for projects and away days is provided as per our policy.

Youth Leadership Coordinator

Are you passionate about empowering young people to make their voices heard? Orchestras for All (OFA) is on the lookout for our next Youth Leadership Coordinator to take our work with young people to the next level; this is your chance to help shape the future of the charity. 

In this role you will be at the forefront of championing Youth Leadership and Youth Voice across every corner of the charity. From energising our Young Leaders and Ambassador programmes, to collaborating with our Youth Board and Alum Trustees, you’ll play a vital role in creating meaningful opportunities for young people to lead, influence and thrive. 

You’ll also take the lead in growing and strengthening our alum network, forging new pathways for continued connection and impact beyond our programmes. Whether it’s through mentoring, events, or new initiatives, you’ll ensure the OFA community continues to flourish.
